The UK was the birth place of the locking industry with household names such as Yale and Chubb, placing Willenhall in the West Midlands firmly on the map. Fast forward and today, the West Midlands is still the home of most major locking companies. Whilst physical security innovation has remained in the UK, electronic security development is seen more widely in the Far East and this presents opportunities for us to work with a wide range of manufacturers in developing propositions and delivering them to the UK market place.
The services we provide are broadly divided into three areas: Sourcing, Development and Support.
Sourcing
Where a client wishes to widen their existing product portfolio, without undertaken manufacturing, we work with them to build a proposed portfolio. We then work with an enviable network of manufacturers and suppliers across the world who we collaborate with to either source or develop innovative products that meet the brief. In turn we provide our clients with market leading products and out of the box solutions that drive incremental revenue and long term relationships with their Customer base.
DEVELOPING SYSTEMS AND PROPOSITIONS...
... to drive incremental revenue, long term retention and make our clients the number one 'go to' for security. This may be through new products that we source or an identified opportunity that needs systems or processes developing to turn the opportunity into reality. For example, our client who is an international security manufacturer, identified an opportunity to turn an existing service into a subscription model to drive long term incremental income. Working with them we developed a platform to facilitate compliant subscription handling.
